Velindre Charity is looking for a motivated and organised Fundraising Administrator to join our friendly Fundraising Team on an as and when required basis . The post holder will provide administrative and financial support to a range of fundraising activities, helping to generate vital funds that enhance services and support patient care.
Inputting donations and donor information onto the Fundraising Database received from various sources such as in person, over the phone, direct to the bank and online, and generating acknowledgments.
Downloading financial reports from various online fundraising platforms, such as JustGiving, and uploading them into the Fundraising database.
The maintenance of the Participants Fundraising Database and ensuring fundraisers are allocated a member of fundraising staff,
Raising requisitions in Oracle Finance Ledger, fulfilling online merchandise orders, stock control.
Counting, management, storage, and banking of cash and cheques.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
