We’re growing and looking for nurturing, enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to join our warm and friendly team in our David Lloyd setting.

The Role
We have a position available for a qualified Nursery Nurse, with flexible hours between 16–30 per week. Staff at our David Lloyd setting benefit from free access to the prestigious leisure club, including gym, spa and cafe facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support children’s development and wellbeing in a safe, fun, and engaging environment.
- Assist with planning and delivering activities based on the children’s interests and development requirements.
- Work as a key person for a small group of children, building strong bonds with them and their families.
- Follow daily routines including mealtimes, toileting, rest, and play.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with your team and communicate effectively with parents and carers.
- Follow all safeguarding, health, and safety policies and procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- A caring, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
- Level 2 or Level 3 CCLD (or equivalent) qualification (Level 3 preferred).
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Some experience in a nursery or childcare setting (voluntary or paid).
- Understanding of the Foundation Phase and/or EYFS framework.
- Willingness to learn and be part of a supportive, collaborative team.
- Welsh language skills are a bonus but not required.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £10.80-£12.75 per hour
