The Bakehouse and Grill in Earlston is currently looking for a part time /full time Customer Service Assistant to primarily prepare our sandwich and salad selection and work front of house .
The Bakehouse and Grill, formerly known as Jackie Lunns, is a family-run business with outlets in Kelso (also our bakery) and in Earlston in the Scottish Borders. Run by Pauline and Max Robbie, both Borderers, the company has its roots going back to the last century.
The Bakehouse has continued to grow year-on-year and has been driven not only by delivering high quality products but also by ensuring that the customer receives service second to none.
As part of our medium to long-term plans, we are looking to boost our great team with role to allow us to continue to evolve our product line and allow our staff to become more multi-skilled. These vacancies are for our Kelso outlet

Salary and packages will be discussed in depth with the correct individuals subject to experience and capabilities.Our predicted hours per week will be aprox between 24 and 32 hours per week and this role will allow flexibility in working ( ideal for stay at home mums , dads and school leavers looking to get into employment ) and will be for work between Monday and Friday with the occasional Saturday shift .
