Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, proffesional, and attentive service.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations.
- Accurately take and enter guest orders.
- Deliver food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally.
- Process payments accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and Front of House team members to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant policies.
Qualifications
- Previous serving or hospitality experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
