Duties
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring safe handling and organisation of items
- Operating delivery vehicles, including commercial lorries, in compliance with road safety regulations
- Supporting warehouse activities such as stock organisation, inventory checks, and order fulfilment
- Delivering products to clients or other locations as required, maintaining punctuality and professionalism
- Communicating effectively with team members and clients to coordinate tasks and resolve issues promptly
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards within the work environment
- Assisting with general operational tasks to ensure efficiency across all departments
Experience
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in commercial driving is highly desirable
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and heavy lifting techniques is advantageous
- Strong communication skills are essential for effective teamwork and customer interactions
- Experience operating lorries or large vehicles will be considered a significant benefit
- Candidates should demonstrate reliability, organisational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
