Sutherlands Care Home with Nursing in Wymondham, Norfolk We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our team. Yor principal role will be to keep the kitchen clean, serve hot and cold drinks and assist with serving of meals.
Your kitchen assistant duties will include:
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Server food and drinks
- Set up tables ready for meal times
- Assis the Chef as required
Skills:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is crucial.
- Attention to detail and be organised
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility to assist with various tasks as required within the kitchen setting.
Hours of work: 8am-2pm and 3pm-6pm as rostered
Monday to Friday and every other weekend.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
