Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team, responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various premises. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to ensure a positive experience for clients and colleagues alike. Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
- Ensure all cleaning tasks meet health and safety standards
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any issues promptly
- Follow specific cleaning schedules and protocols as directed by supervisors
- Assist with waste disposal and recycling procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any special requirements or concerns
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning activities
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
- Good communication skills in English are required to understand instructions and interact with clients effectively
- Basic driving skills are advantageous for roles involving travel between sites
- Customer service experience is beneficial to ensure a friendly and professional approach at all times
