The Opportunity
This is content-driven sales.
You'll create content that generates conversations.
Those conversations become meetings.
Those meetings become clients.
You'll work directly alongside our founders, learning how to build a modern B2B brand while creating content people actually want to watch.
You'll have genuine ownership from day one.
No endless approval chains.
No corporate politics.
Just ideas, execution and results.
What You'll Be Doing
- Creating engaging short-form video for LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
- Filming founder content and behind-the-scenes content
- Writing posts, newsletters and sales content
- Turning client success stories into compelling marketing
- Working directly with the sales team to generate inbound opportunities
- Building your own LinkedIn personal brand alongside ours
- Testing new ideas, analysing results and scaling what works
- Helping make business finance interesting, relatable and entertaining
Who We're Looking For
You'll probably be someone who:
- Is naturally driven and ambitious
- Wants to earn far more than an average graduate salary
- Loves social media and understands what grabs attention
- Enjoys talking to people and building relationships
- Has confidence on camera (or wants to develop it)
- Takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions
- Wants to build something rather than simply work somewhere
Marketing, Business or Media degree?
Great.
No degree but you've built an audience, created content or have something to show us?
Even better.
