Job Overview
We are seeking creative and detail-oriented Christmas & Gift Merchandisers to join our team for the festive season. In this role, you will be assisting with the implementation of visually appealing displays that capture the spirit of Christmas and enhance the shopping experience. Your artistic vision will play a crucial part in promoting our seasonal products and driving sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative visual merchandising concepts that align with the brand's identity and seasonal themes.
- Collaborate with the gift and seasonal teams to create cohesive displays that attract customers and encourage purchases.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all displays are completed within set deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with store management and staff to ensure proper implementation of visual merchandising strategies.
- Regularly assess and refresh displays to maintain visual appeal throughout the Christmas season.
Requirements
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent organisational abilities to maintain an orderly workflow and manage display materials efficiently.
- Previous experience in visual merchandising or retail is an advantage but not mandatory.
- A passion for design and creativity, particularly within a festive context.
This is a temporary seasonal position for the Period between September and January. The roles will be between 30 and 40 hours per week, some weekend working, particularly between October and December will be required.
