Job Summary
London Homes Residential is an established and ambitious independent estate agency with a strong presence across West London, supporting clients across the UK.
As our portfolio and client base continue to grow, we're looking for an ambitious individual to join our lettings team on a self-employed basis, offering a competitive monthly retainer, uncapped commission and genuine opportunities for career progression.
Previous estate agency experience is preferred, but not essential. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, strong communication skills and the ambition to build a successful career in residential lettings. If you're commercially minded, proactive and motivated by achieving results, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
You'll gain hands-on experience across every stage of the lettings process, working alongside an experienced team in a fast-paced environment where initiative, accountability and performance are recognised and rewarded.
Key Responsibilities
- Register and qualify applicants, understanding their property requirements
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants
- Deliver an exceptional level of customer service throughout the lettings journey
- Proactively follow up applicants to maximise viewing opportunities and conversions
- Identify opportunities to generate valuation leads and new business
- Maintain accurate records using our CRM and property software
- Keep up to date with the local property market, relevant legislation and competitor activity
- Work towards individual and team performance targets
- Support the wider lettings team in achieving business objectives
Skills & Experience
Previous estate agency experience is preferred, but not essential. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.

- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
