Night Care Assistant – 33 Hours Per Week

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Night Care Assistant to join our dedicated team, providing high-quality care and support to our residents overnight.
Hours: 33 hours per week (7:30 PM – 7:30 AM shifts)
Contract: Permanent / Full Time
What You’ll Do
Provide person-centred care and emotional support to residents during the night.
Assist with personal care routines, repositioning, and ensuring residents’ comfort.
Monitor residents’ wellbeing, promptly responding to any changes or emergencies.
Complete accurate records and handovers to day staff.
Work closely with senior staff to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a care setting (preferred —training can be provided).
- A caring, patient, and reliable nature.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work calmly and effectively overnight.
- Preferably already on DBS Service

Experience:
- Care home: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Full UK Driving License with own access to vehicle (preferred)
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (preferred)
- DBS Update Service (preferred)
