We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Cleaning and Estate Operative to join our Company.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of a well-maintained estate, combining cleaning duties with hands-on waste bin management . The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong commitment to quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning duties to each residential block- cleaning the communual areas: mopping , hoovering , dusting , polishing .
- Litter pick all external areas
- Pull the bins out each Monday and Thursday for the Refuse Collections.
- Disinfect the bin stores each week
- sweep outside areas
- Report any maintenance issues
- Ensure all tools and equipment are stored securely after use and maintain a clean working environment
Skills
- Experience in Communual Cleaning of residential blocks of flats .
- The Ability to push full bins out of the bin stores for collections twice a week.
- Able to work alone unsupervised.

Working Hours
The hours are 25hours a week- working must be on a Monday and Thursday due to bin collections
All uniform and training are provided.
20 days Annual leave and bank holidays paid
Pay: £13.00 per hour
