Duties
- Deliver high-quality hair styling and barbering services tailored to individual client preferences
- Provide personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable styles or treatments
- Maintain a clean, organised work station in accordance with health and safety standards
- Build strong relationships with clients through friendly and professional communication
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery
- Assist with retail sales of hair care products when appropriate
- Uphold the salon’s standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, hair styling, or barbering is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage confidently with clients
- Strong knowledge of current hair trends, styling techniques, and barbering practices
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple appointments smoothly
- A professional attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding client satisfaction
- Previous experience in barbering or hair styling is preferred but not essential; training opportunities may be available for motivated individuals
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
