Job Description:
We are looking for new parttime and fulltime waiting team members for our our restaurant in St Albans. Lussmanns is a sustainable local restaurant group with other restaurants in Hitchin,, Woburn, Hertford and Harpenden.
Great rates of pay, with 33% of all tips going to waiters. Average for waiting staff across the company is between £18-£22 per hour. Applicants must be over 18 for alcohol licensing and hospitality experience is desirable.

Responsibilities include:
Guest door to table service, drinks and food knowledge, till usage, food running and clearing, taking and organising bookings.
You’ll also need to:
have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
be passionate about good food and great service.
