Our client based in Thatcham is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple civil engineering and transport-related projects across the UK.
This is a key role responsible for managing projects from handover through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
The successful candidate will have a background in civils, groundworks or infrastructure and be comfortable leading cross-functional teams, managing subcontractors and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple infrastructure projects end-to-end
- Create and maintain detailed project plans and schedules
- Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors
- Monitor project budgets, cost forecasts, and reporting
- Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct site surveys and attend project meetings
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of project management experience in a relevant sector
- PRINCE2 or APM qualification (Or working towards this qualification).
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong financial oversight and budgeting abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and other Office tools
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required
Desirable:
- NEC3/NEC4 experience
- CSCS certification
