Summary
Fusion Landscaping and Facilities is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Contracts Manager to oversee maintenance contracts and ensure project delivery excellence. Based in, this role is vital in supporting our mission to create beautiful outdoor environments while maintaining high standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee maintenance contracts to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Pricing of small works as well as routine maintenance visits
- Coordinate with project teams to align maintenance activities with client expectations.
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain detailed documentation of contracts, work orders, and project updates.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to support ongoing business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in contract management within the landscaping or construction industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Effective time management and organisational skills.
- Valid driving license for site visits.
- Knowledge of construction processes is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated, passionate about landscaping and a have a desire to develop themselves in the position. Previous experience in a similar role is required. CSCS card and a UK driving license are essential.
The role comes with a company car.
Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
