At Signature smiles, we have opened a beautiful, modern, spa-inspired private dental practice in Brackley, and we're looking for our very first Dental Hygienist or Dental Therapist to join us on this exciting journey.

What We're Looking For
We're searching for someone who:
- Is passionate about dentistry and committed to providing outstanding patient care.
- Has excellent periodontal knowledge and clinical skills.
- Is confident with both hand scaling and ultrasonic instrumentation, and understands when hand scaling is the best approach.
- Is gentle, caring, and particularly skilled at treating nervous or anxious patients.
- Delivers a luxury, patient-centred experience at every appointment.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.
- Is enthusiastic, motivated, and keen to help develop and grow a brand-new practice.
- Loves sharing ideas and contributing to continuous improvement.
