Hybrid Working | Monday–Friday | No Shifts | Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities
Location: Yeovil (Hybrid – on-site and home working)
Salary: £40,000- 42,000 (pro rata for part-time) + Up to 10% Annual Bonus
Hours: 9:00am –5:00pm | No weekends or bank holidays

The Role
You will carry out
functional health assessments to understand how a person’s condition impacts their daily living.
This is a
non-treatment-based role, focused on:
- Clinical assessment
- Professional judgement
- Evidence-based decision making
- Producing clear, structured reports
Assessments are conducted via
telephone, video, and face-to-face at the Wells site when required.
Who We’re Looking For
Healthcare professionals with
12+ months post-registration adult experience, including:
- RGN
- RMN
- RNLD (Adult)
- Physiotherapist
- Occupational Therapist
- Paramedic
- Experienced Disability Assessors also encouraged to apply
What You’ll Need
- Active NMC or HCPC registration
- Strong clinical reasoning and report-writing skills
- Good IT skills and time management
- Ability to travel to the Wells site when required
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
