Location: Riverside Lodge Hotel
Hours: Saturdays and Sundays, breakfast service (with occasional additional shifts available)
Reports to: Restaurant Supervisor / Food & Beverage Manager
About the Role
Riverside Lodge Hotel is looking for friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as Weekend Breakfast Front of House Staff. You will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a welcoming and efficient breakfast experience, delivering excellent customer service in a professional and approachable manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide a positive first impression.
- Prepare the breakfast restaurant before service, ensuring tables are clean, set, and fully stocked.
- Greet and seat guests efficiently.
- Take breakfast orders where applicable and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Replenish breakfast buffet items and maintain food presentation standards.
- Clear and reset tables throughout service.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages.
- Handle guest requests and resolve minor issues politely and professionally.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Operate the till/POS system if required.
- Assist with cleaning and closing duties after breakfast service.
- Work closely with kitchen and hotel colleagues to ensure smooth service.

Working Hours
- Weekend mornings (typically between 6:30 am and 12:30 pm, depending on business needs).
