RECEPTIONIST POST
We’re looking for someone to join our family business working front of house on our reception. We have a permanent full time position available Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.00pm. we welcome applications from both male and female for this role
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Exceptional manners, customer service and communication skills
- Polite and friendly attitude
- Good maths and computer skills
- Capability to work in a busy environment
- Garage/reception experience preferred but not essential as training will be given
Job roles will mostly include:
- Answering telephone and taking bookings and enquiries
- Pricing of servicing/brakes/clutches etc.
- Serving customers face to face
- Calling customers with vehicle updates and pricing necessary repairs
- Keeping reception area clean and tidy
- Co-operating with workshop technicians
Rate of pay will depend on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
