We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our friendly team as a Deputy Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is committed to providing outstanding care and education while helping to lead and inspire a supportive team.
About the Role:
As a Deputy Manager, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the nursery. You will work closely with the management team to ensure the highest standards of care, learning, and safeguarding are maintained.
The role will include:
- Supporting and motivating the staff team while leading by example.
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Confidently communicating with parents, including managing sensitive or difficult conversations when required.
- Working alongside outside professionals and agencies to support children and their families.
- Supporting the nursery during Ofsted inspections and contributing to continuous improvement across the setting.
- Championing inclusive practice and supporting children with additional need in the SENCO aspect of the role (if applicable).

Experience in a leadership role is desirable but not essential. Full training and ongoing support will be provided for the right candidate who demonstrated the enthusiasm, confidence, and commitment to succeed.
