About the role
MT Cleaning Services EMD LTD is looking for a confident, reliable and professional person to join our growing cleaning company.
This is not a cleaning role. This is a customer service and consultation role where you will speak with clients, answer enquiries, book appointments, visit clients’ homes for walkthroughs and help them move forward with the right cleaning service.
You will be one of the first impressions of our company, so we are looking for someone friendly, trustworthy, organised and confident speaking with people.
No experience required — full training provided
We will teach you our step-by-step process for handling enquiries, booking consultations and helping clients choose the right cleaning service.
You don’t need previous sales experience. You just need to be confident, open-minded, reliable and willing to learn.
You must be comfortable asking clients to move forward with a booking during the call or home consultation.
Main responsibilities
- Answer phone calls from new and existing clients
- Call new enquiries quickly and professionally
- Book free consultation / walkthrough appointments
- Visit clients’ homes to understand their cleaning needs
- Ask the right questions and follow our company process
- Explain our services clearly and professionally
- Discuss service options and pricing with potential clients
- Build trust with clients during the call or home consultation
- Ask clients to move forward with a booking when appropriate
- Collect property details, notes, photos and cleaning requirements
- Update our CRM system correctly after each call or visit
- Follow up with clients after quotes are sent
- Help convert enquiries into recurring weekly or biweekly cleaning clients

Requirements
- Valid UK driving licence
- Company car provided for work purposes
- Based in or near Derby
- Good spoken English
- Professional appearance
- Smartphone required
- Previous experience in customer service, admin, hospitality, cleaning or property viewings is a bonus, but not essential
- Full training will be provided
