Tealith Bubble Tea is opening soon in Newbury town centre, and we are looking for reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic Team Members to join our team.
At Tealith, we specialise in creating delicious bubble tea through a vibrant and exciting brand. We want every customer to enjoy our drinks as much as we do, so it is essential that you are friendly, approachable and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
This is a varied, hands-on role involving customer service, drink preparation, stock handling, deliveries and general support with the day-to-day running of the store.
You will be required to work a variety of shift patterns, including weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve bubble tea drinks consistently and to the highest standard.
- Provide friendly, efficient and attentive customer service.
- Learn our menu and maintain excellent product knowledge.
- Process customer orders and payments accurately.
- Assist with receiving, loading and unloading stock deliveries.
- Organise stock safely and ensure products are stored correctly.
- Maintain accurate stock and delivery records where required.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers and delivery partners.
- Keep the store, preparation areas and storage spaces clean, organised and safe.
- Complete opening, closing, cleaning and food-safety tasks.
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Respond calmly and professionally to any customer or operational issues.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will:

- Be flexible and available to work weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.
Previous experience in hospitality, retail, customer service or food preparation would be beneficial, although full training will be provided.
This is a fun, engaging and rewarding position, but the store can become extremely busy. You will therefore need plenty of energy, enthusiasm and a willingness to rise to the challenge.

Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
