Site Manager

Tetra Clad Ltd are an experienced specialist rainscreen cladding contractor and are looking for a Site Manager. You will be managing various projects, mainly in the London area. The Site Manager role holds a critical position within our team. Working with internal colleagues and reporting to the Contracts Manager. Ensuring each project is completed to a high standard.
Responsibilities include the day-to-day management of projects, ensuring efficient operations, profitability, and compliance with all contract conditions, Health and Safety, Quality Assurance. Responsible for ensuring high quality work and maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your assigned sites.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues that may impact deadlines or budgets.
- Participate in project planning, resource allocation, materials ordering and risk management activities.
Key Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience with Rainscreen Cladding.
- Strong communication, administration and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- SMSTS and CSCS.
- Good Problem solving Skills.
- Minimum NVQ level 4 in Site Management.
- Excellent leadership qualities.
- Knowledge of building regulations.
- Strong contractual understanding.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Projects and Project Management Systems such as Procore is desirable.
