- Manage the day-to-day operation of the bar and restaurant to the highest standards
- Provide clear leadership, training, and development to a diverse team with evolving dynamics
- Introduce and maintain KPIs, procedures, and service standards that support growth and efficiency
- Drive a strong, team-focused culture that values accountability and collaboration
- Manage stock, supplier relationships, and cost controls with attention to detail
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, health & safety, and hygiene requirements
- Play a key role in delivering successful events and hospitality experiences
- Work alongside senior management to help shape the future direction of the department
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in bar or restaurant management, ideally within a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and guide a team
- A confident, hands-on manager who’s comfortable implementing structure and process
- Understanding of stock control, budgets, and supplier management
- A passion for hospitality, service excellence, and continuous team improvement
- Someone who enjoys a challenge and is eager to bring positive change
