Role Purpose The Picker is responsible for accurately selecting customer orders, safely handling stock, packing goods where required, and preparing products for dispatch in accordance with company procedures.
The role supports efficient warehouse operations by maintaining high standards of accuracy, productivity, stock control, and health and safety.Additional duties you could include
- Operate handheld scanners or warehouse management systems (where applicable).
- Pack customer orders securely for dispatch.
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks as required.
- Support loading and unloading deliveries when instructed.
- Carry out manual handling tasks safely in accordance with training.
- Assist with shipping, labelling, and dispatch activities where required.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety and manual handling procedures.
Working Hours: 5:00 pm – 1:00 am
