Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Handover Excellence: Lead the customer collection process from start to finish. Conduct comprehensive orientations, demonstrating technology, controls, and safety features.
- Quality Assurance: Perform final checks on every vehicle to ensure it meets our strict presentation standards before customer arrival.
- Documentation & Compliance: Manage essential handover paperwork, including digital signatures, tax, warranties, and registration handovers with precision.
- Customer Consultation: Answer questions, resolve final queries, and deliver top-tier hospitality that leaves every customer completely satisfied.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with our sales, prep, and valet teams to ensure handovers run strictly on schedule.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Strong background in customer service, hospitality, retail, or automotive handovers with a proven track record of creating positive customer experiences.
- Licence: A valid full UK Driving Licence (or equivalent) is essential for moving vehicles around our site.
- Technical Familiarity: Comfortable learning and explaining modern vehicle features, infotainment systems, and driver-assist technologies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English to deliver clear instructions and handle paperwork smoothly.
- Mindset: Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and personable. You know how to make people feel valued while keeping operations running on time.
Pay: £26,231.89-£30,000.00 per year
