Watts Gallery Trust is an independent charity established in 1904 to manage the legacy of George Frederic Watts, one of the leading artists of the nineteenth century.
Today, Watts Gallery Artist’s Village consisting of Limnerslease, the former home of artists G F Watts and Mary Seton Watts, the Grade I listed Watts Cemetery Chapel, the Pottery Building that formerly housed the Compton Potters Arts Guild, Watts Gallery and our thriving Shop and Tea Shop is a leading regional visitor attraction.

The Role
Supported by the Estates team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality cleaning standards across the Watts Gallery Artist Village estate.
On a weekend basis you will be responsible for following a cleaning schedule which will include:
- Cleaning of Tea shop toilets
- Hoovering the various staff and public areas
- Ensuring that all toilets have soap, toilet paper and hand towels
- Cleaning door handles and high touch areas with anti-bacterial spray
- Additional hours to cover holidays, if wanted
The Person
To join our team, you will need:
- Cleaning experience in either a domestic or commercial setting
- To be personable with experience of working collaboratively within a team
- To be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative
- High professional standards
