We have a great mixture of established educators and newer team members, and we're looking for a candidate who can bring their own ideas and strengths to the nursery.

The role
As a Nursery Assistant, you'll play an important role in creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
You'll work alongside our qualified educators to provide high quality early years education and care, with children's safety, wellbeing, development and individual needs at the heart of your practice.
You'll also have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and experience as we continue developing the quality of our provision.
What you'll be responsible for
Your role will include:
- Keeping children safe and promoting their health, safety and wellbeing
- Creating warm, positive and nurturing relationships with children
- Building strong and professional relationships with parents and families
- Working positively with fellow educators and contributing to the wider team
- Maintaining high standards within your room and looking for opportunities to continually improve
- Following nursery policies, procedures and safeguarding requirements
- Taking pride in the quality of education and care we provide
