Support Worker
We are looking for a motivated, energetic Support Worker to support an active young man enjoy his evening, weekends and school holidays to the fullest. If you love football, love being outdoors, and enjoy engaging in fun activities, this role is for you!

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting and joining in with community activities and sports, particularly football and other active pursuits.
- Providing care and support in the family home.
- Providing practical support with walking and physical assistance when needed.
- Promoting independence and dignity in personal care, offering support where necessary.
- Delivering person-centred care that respects individual routines, preferences, and needs.
- Assisting with daily living tasks, including mobility, communication and meaningful engagement.
- Working closely with a friendly team of therapists and family under the guidance of the Case Manager/Care Coordinator to provide consistent, high-quality support.

You’ll work closely within a supportive family setting, so being comfortable around pets is essential.

Current timetable includes weekday club, hydro, wheelchair football and weekend adventures.
Approx 15-20 hours per week term time with flexibility to provide additional hours over the school holidays
