Our client, a well-established vehicle maintenance provider in Havant, Hampshire, is recruiting for an MOT Tester to join a growing, forward-thinking team. As an MOT Tester, you will play a key role in delivering dealer-standard quality, building customer trust through clear reporting, and supporting the wider service department.

- Mon to Fri 08:00–17:00
- Mon to Fri, 1 in 3 Saturdays 08:00–12:00

Duties:
- Carry out MOT tests in line with DVSA requirements as an MOT Tester
- Complete thorough inspections and provide accurate, clear MOT reports for customers and service advisors
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to the required safety and cleanliness standards
- Support vehicle inspections, repairs, and general maintenance tasks as needed
- Keep up to date with MOT regulation changes and industry best practice
- Provide transparent, professional communication that builds customer confidence
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid DVSA MOT Tester licence
- Experience as an MOT Tester within a dealership, independent garage, or fast-fit environment
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance practices
- High attention to detail with a safety-first approach
- Good time management and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- UK driving licence
