About the Role:
London is one of the world’s leading centres for technology, business innovation, and digital growth, and at ZR Mind Digital Solutions Ltd, we bring that same forward thinking approach into the products and solutions we build. We help businesses turn ideas, data, and user needs into practical digital products that support long term growth.
We are looking for a Product Strategy Manager who can take ownership of product planning, market positioning, user insight, and strategic roadmap development. This role is not just about writing product documents. You will identify opportunities, define product direction, support decision making, and make sure our product plans are aligned with customer needs and business goals.
You will work closely with senior leadership, product teams, technical teams, design, marketing, sales, and client stakeholders to shape product priorities, improve product value, and guide digital solutions from concept to growth.
Why Work With Us?

Modern Product Approach: We use market research, customer insights, data analysis, product discovery, and structured roadmaps to make practical product decisions.
Growth: You will have the opportunity to improve product planning processes, support new product ideas, work with senior stakeholders, and help build a stronger long term product strategy for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy: Develop and support product strategies that align with business goals, customer needs, market trends, and commercial opportunities.

Market Research: Analyse market trends, competitor activity, customer behaviour, and industry developments to identify product opportunities and risks.
Customer Insight: Gather and interpret feedback from users, clients, sales teams, and support teams to understand needs, pain points, and product improvement areas.
Business Case Development: Prepare business cases, opportunity assessments, product briefs, and strategic recommendations to support decision making.
Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with senior leadership, product managers, designers, developers, marketing, sales, and client facing teams to keep product strategy aligned across the business.
Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance, adoption, customer feedback, usage data, and commercial results to assess whether product initiatives are delivering value.
Go to Market Support: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support product positioning, launch planning, messaging, and customer communication.
Continuous Improvement: Review product processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to how product ideas are evaluated, prioritised, and delivered.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 5 or more years of experience in product strategy, product management, digital products, business analysis, consulting, or a similar strategic product role.
Strategic Thinking: You can assess market opportunities, connect customer needs with business goals, and turn complex information into clear product direction.
Product Knowledge: You understand product roadmaps, user research, discovery, prioritisation, go to market planning, and product performance tracking.
Analytical Skills: You are comfortable working with market data, customer feedback, product metrics, reports, and business cases to support practical decisions.
Stakeholder Management: You can work confidently with senior leaders, technical teams, designers, commercial teams, and client facing stakeholders.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required. You should be confident preparing strategy documents, presenting recommendations, and explaining product decisions clearly.
