Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Consultant Property Litigation Solicitor to help out as when needed.
In this role, you will lead and manage property dispute cases, providing expert advice and strategic solutions to clients facing property-related legal challenges
Duties
- Manage a broad caseload of property litigation matters, including lease disputes, possession proceedings, rights of way, and boundary disagreements.
- Provide clear, detailed legal advice to clients on their rights, obligations, and potential outcomes of their cases.
- Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, statements of claim, defense submissions, and settlements
- Conduct thorough case investigations by gathering evidence, reviewing property documentation,
- Develop strategic litigation plans that align with client goals while managing risks effectively.
- Maintain meticulous case records and ensure all deadlines are met in accordance with procedural rules.
- Communicate proactively with clients to keep them informed about case progress and next steps.
Experience
- Qualified Solicitor with a focus on property litigation or relevant experience in real estate dispute resolution.
Pay: £70.00 per hour
