DP Burridge Developments Ltd are looking for an experienced Groundworker / Team Leader to join our growing team working on Wessex Water contracts across Dorset and Wiltshire.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong experience in water utilities and civil groundwork who can lead a small team safely and efficiently on site.
Responsibilities
- Leading a small groundwork team on water utility projects
- Excavation, reinstatement and pipework operations
- Ensuring work is completed safely and to specification
- Liaising with supervisors and Wessex Water representatives
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety on site
Requirements
- Previous experience in water utilities groundwork
- Team leader or supervisory experience preferred
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Valid CSCS card
- Streetworks qualification
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently
