Wolf Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of a leading UK care provider for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 15-bed residential service in Brede, East Sussex, supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

About the Service
This 15-bed residential home supports adults with:
- Learning disabilities
- Autism
- Mental health needs
- Communication difficulties
- Epilepsy
- Mild to moderate behaviours that challenge
The service provides person-centred support in a calm, community-based environment near the town centre of Brede.
The Role: Registered Manager
As Registered Manager, you will:
- Lead, manage and develop a multidisciplinary care team
- Ensure compliance with CQC and regulatory standards
- Drive quality assurance and continuous service improvement
- Promote person-centred care and positive outcomes
- Oversee staffing, rota management, budgets and performance
- Build strong relationships with families, professionals and stakeholders
Requirements
To be successful, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in adult social care
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory frameworks
- Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards) preferred
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
