Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Solicitor or experienced Paralegal/CILEX Advocate to join our dynamic Family Department. In this vital role, you will provide expert legal advice and representation on a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child arrangements, care, adoption, and domestic violence cases. Responsibilities
- Advise clients on family law issues, including divorce proceedings, child arrangements, and financial settlements
- Prepare and review legal documents
- Represent clients in court hearings, meetings, and negotiations with professionalism and assertiveness
- Conduct thorough case assessments by gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and liaising with relevant parties
- Maintain organised case files and ensure all deadlines are met efficiently
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
- Stay updated on changes in family law legislation to provide accurate and current advice

Pay: £26,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
