Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a compelling vision and strategic plan that aligns with organizational goals and market opportunities.
- Lead the executive team in executing business strategies, ensuring alignment across departments and functions.
- Oversee financial management activities, including budgeting, financial planning, risk management, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal health.
- Foster a high-performance culture by supervising senior managers, promoting leadership development, and encouraging continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including board members, partners, clients, and community leaders to support organizational growth.
- Make critical decisions on investments, partnerships, and operational initiatives that advance company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and uphold ethical practices across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience with a track record of leading diverse teams in a complex environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others toward shared goals.
- Supervising experience at senior levels with a focus on developing talent and fostering collaboration.
- Extensive financial management experience, including budgeting, financial analysis, and resource planning.
- Strong strategic thinking capabilities combined with excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
