Machine Operator

Preci-Spark is looking to recruit a Machine Operator to join our existing team at our Loughborough Facility, within our busy production departments. The role will primarily involve setting and operating a broad range of machines.
What we offer for the position of Machine Operator
- £13ph to £14.50ph

- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
- Rotating Shifts (37 hours): Mon to Weds 6.00am to 2.00pm – 2.00pm to 10.00pm, Thurs 6.00am to 1.00pm – 1.00pm to 8.00pm, Fri 6.00am to 12.00pm – 12.00pm to 06.00pm. 1 week on AM shift, then 1 week on PM shift, rotating.

Requirements for the position of the Machine Operator
- Experience in Laser machining would be an advantage but not necessary, as training is provided.
- Health, Safety and Environment compliance.
- Capable of working as part of a team.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and work to procedures
- Able to work to the stated shift pattern (as above).
- Willingness and ability to work at Coalville or Loughborough.
