Role Overview
We are seeking a Claims Technician to join us on a 3-month fixed term contract, with the potential to extend subject to business needs. This is a purely processing-focused role, supporting the efficient and accurate handling of claims within the Lloyd's market environment.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently in a remote setting and will be able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision, demonstrating a thorough working knowledge of Lloyd's systems from day one.
Key Responsibilities
● Processing claims accurately and efficiently within the Lloyd's ECF systems, including Lineage
● Managing claims data input, updates, and workflow through the full processing lifecycle
● Ensuring all processing activity complies with Lloyd's market standards and internal procedures
● Liaising with internal stakeholders where needed to resolve processing queries
● Maintaining accurate records and audit trails in line with regulatory and compliance requirements
● Meeting processing targets and turnaround times
● Flagging any processing anomalies, errors, or systemic issues promptly
Essential Requirements
● Minimum 2–5 years' experience in a claims processing role within the Lloyd's market
● Demonstrable hands-on experience using Lloyd's ECF systems, including Lineage
● Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data processing
● Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote environment
● Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
● A professional and proactive approach to all tasks
