The Role
As a Graduate Electrical Design Engineer, you will join the electrical design team while also supporting tendering activities across a varied portfolio of projects. You will receive training and guidance as you develop your knowledge of power systems, electrical calculations and substation design. Working with experienced engineers, you will build confidence using industry tools and applying engineering standards to real projects.
You can expect to be
- Electrical design work for HV substations
- Assisting with technical specifications including calculation work
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders and other members of the business
- You will also be able to travel to project sites around the UK

Requirements
- 2:2 or equivalent In electrical engineering or another engineering discipline with electrical engineering modules
- AutoCAD knowledge
- A good understanding of Excel
