Duties
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Manage reservations and optimise seating arrangements to maximise guest experience
- Provide attentive and personalised guest services throughout their visit
- Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
- Support management in training new staff members and overseeing daily tasks
- Assist in event organisation and promotional activities as needed
Skills
- Proven management experience within a hospitality or customer service environment
- Strong knowledge of guest services principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanour
- Ability to remain calm under pressure whilst managing multiple tasks
- Organised with keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
