Universal Search group 4 Welders to join our client in the Wakefield area.
Applicants are required to hold:
- Qualification or ticket for Welding / fabrication
- Full PPE (Overalls and weld mask)
Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components.
- Perform welding tasks using welding techniques and other methods as required.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in the fabrication process.
- Read drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate production.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards.
Skills
- Proficient in welding techniques
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Experience working with sheet metal and other fabrication materials.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in the fabrication process.
- Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.

Working hours:
41-55 per week
