Job Overview
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Estates & Operations Co-ordinator to support our UK lockup estate and relocation programme.
This is a varied administration and coordination role, working with internal teams, landlords and suppliers to keep site information accurate, actions moving and operational issues followed through.
You’ll be calm under pressure, confident communicating with different stakeholders and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting lockup relocation administration across the UK.
- Keeping site records, access details, move schedules and trackers up to date.
- Coordinating requests with internal teams, landlords, suppliers and service providers.
- Tracking and managing waste collections, invoices and follow-up actions.
- Maintaining reports for capacity, occupancy, KPIs and project progress.
- Flagging risks, delays or recurring issues for review.
What we’re looking for
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Strong administration, tracking and reporting skills.
- Confident communication with colleagues, suppliers and external contacts.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A practical, positive and solution-focused approach.
- Experience in operations, facilities, property, administration or coordination would be beneficial.
Additional Information
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am–5.30pm / 37.5 hours per week
Flexibility may be required from time to time to support operational needs or planned relocation activity.
Hybrid working once trained - 3 days office / 2 days WFH

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
