Regional Facilities Manager – Retail Parks

Circa £55,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance

I’m working with one of the UK’s top-tier property investment and development businesses, known for delivering high-quality retail, office, and mixed-use assets across the country. Following significant growth in their retail park portfolio, 15 new assets added in the last year alone, they’re looking to appoint an experienced, FM-driven Regional Facilities Manager to take ownership of a key regional patch.
The Opportunity
This is a multi-site FM role managing a high-performing, 99% let retail park portfolio across:
- Walsall, Stafford, Cannock, Telford (core locations)
- Hereford (strong office base)
- South Wales (monthly visits)
- With monthly travel to London
You’ll be the operational lead across these assets, responsible for compliance, health & safety, statutory obligations, service charge oversight, and occupier liaison, with strong admin support and service partners already in place.
This is not a desk job, you’ll be out and about 4 days a week, with 1 day working from home.
What They’re Looking For
- A Facilities Manager with multi-site experience, ideally retail or commercial
- Strong statutory compliance and H&S knowledge
- Confident managing external FM providers and contractors
- A proactive, solutions-focused operator who builds strong tenant relationships
- FM professionals from in-house, client-side, or managing agent backgrounds welcome
