Maintenance Contract Assistant Role
- Undertake any other duties as requested by the Contract Manager,
- Plan in up and coming PPM tasks
- prepare Risk and method statements for up and coming works
- Effective communication with all levels of internal teams and external customers
- Assistance with preparation of monthly contract review reports for key clients
- Familiar with daily operations and the specific scope of the maintenance contracts
- must be a team player
- ideally experienced working in M&E / HVAC

Pay: £27,000.00-£29,500.00 per year
