Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team in Bristol and maintain cleanliness within Void (end of tenancy properties). The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring a clean and hygienic environment for tenants.
Must be able to drive
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Sanitise and disinfect surfaces regularly
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
- Restock supplies in washrooms and common areas
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
Requirements
- Ability to drive to different work locations
- Proficient in English to communicate effectively with team members
- Strong customer service skills to interact courteously with individuals
- Previous cleaning experience is advantageous but not essential
