Summary
Knights is launching a new Food Hall at Nags Hall, and we are looking for a Food Hall Supervisor to supervise this venture. You will act as brand ambassador for the Knights Food Hall, promoting local, sustainable produce, and building strong customer relationships.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and commercially minded individual to help drive the success of our new Food Hall.

Responsibilities
- Overseeing the daily operations of the food hall, ensuring high retail standards
- Delivering initiatives to achieve sales/KPI targets and maximise sales and profit
- Ensuring the food hall delivers excellent customer service
- Managing seasonal displays, campaigns and events, to drive footfall
- Organising tastings, workshops and community events linked with the food hall
- Cost and stock management, monitoring and reporting performance
- Ensuring full compliance with food safety, and health and safety regulations
- Managing the staffing and development of the food hall team
- Developing and maintaining relationships with concessions and suppliers
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Food Hall or Farm Shop management role
- 1 - 3 years’ experience working in the food retail industry
- Team management experience
- Strong understanding of food safety/health and safety
- EPOS stock management experience
- Commercial awareness and results-driven mindset
Pay: From £13.25 per hour
