Opportunity Pre-School in Shrewsbury welcomes children of all abilities to play and learn together. We are very highly regarded, particularly for our work with children with SEND.
We are looking for excellent practitioners to join our growing staff team. Successful candidates will be working as part of an enthusiastic team providing high quality education and care for young children, and promoting the inclusion of children with SEND. Ideally candidates will hold a relevant Early Years qualification and have experience of caring for, or supporting a child with special needs.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time (8.30-3.30)- Term time only, Early Years Professional to join our pre-school team based in Shrewsbury. Part-time hours will be considered for the right person.

Role Description:
You will be responsible for supporting a key-group of young children, carrying out observations to establish individual development in addition to their general health and wellbeing needs.
Assist with the planning of the curriculum using the Early Years Foundation Stage guidance.
Build strong professional relationships with families, working in partnership with families and carers.
Be able to communicate, engage and talk to children on their level and gain their trust.
Ensure that children are kept safe and work positively in actions and attitude to create an enriched engaging and thoughtful learning experiences for all children in your care.
To maintain high standards within the preschool by following and observing policies and procedures.
To have a desire to better yourself though training and learning opportunities.
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 35.0 per week
