仓库运营管理
全面统筹仓库日常运营，包括出入库管理，收货、上架、库存管理、拣货、包装及发货工作的顺利进行。
确保所有运营流程符合公司标准、安全规范及客户要求。
持续优化仓库作业流程，提高运营效率及准确率。
定期组织库存盘点及循环盘点，并分析及解决库存差异。
建立并持续优化库存管理流程。
团队管理
负责仓库员工的招聘、培训、排班及日常管理。
制定团队绩效目标，并持续提升员工工作效率及专业能力。
系统与流程优化
系统流程化与成本控制
熟练使用WMS及ERP系统管理仓库运营。
持续优化仓储流程及标准作业流程（SOP）。
与各个部门保持良好沟通，确保运营顺畅。
合理控制仓库运营成本，提高资源利用率。
建立及监控关键绩效指标（KPI），包括生产效率、库存准确率、订单准确率及发货及时率。
利用数据分析持续改善仓库运营表现。
任职要求
具有3年以上仓库管理或物流管理经验。
熟悉英国仓储及物流行业者优先。
熟悉WMS、ERP等仓储管理系统。
具备优秀的团队管理及领导能力。
良好的沟通协调能力，能够与不同部门及客户有效合作。
具备较强的数据分析及问题解决能力。
工作认真负责，具备较强的执行力及抗压能力。
中英文能作工作语言。
Job Description
Our UK warehouse is located near Birmingham. We are seeking an experienced, proactive Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team. The role oversees day-to-day warehouse operations, and continuously drives improvements in operational efficiency, service quality and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations Management
Take overall charge of daily warehouse operations, covering inbound & outbound workflows including goods receiving, putaway, inventory control, order picking, packing and despatch.
Ensure all operations comply with company standards, safety regulations and customer requirements.
Continuously refine warehouse workflows to boost operational efficiency and accuracy.
Organise regular stocktakes and cycle counts; analyse and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Develop and iteratively improve inventory management procedures.
Team Management
Manage recruitment, training, shift scheduling and daily supervision of warehouse staff.
Set team performance targets, and help improve team members’ productivity and professional capabilities.
System & Process Optimisation
Process Standardisation & Cost Control
Operate warehouse activities proficiently using WMS and ERP systems.
Continuously optimise warehouse workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
Control warehouse operational costs rationally and maximise resource utilisation.
Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including productivity, inventory accuracy, order accuracy and on-time despatch rate.
Leverage data analysis to drive ongoing enhancements to warehouse performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse management or logistics management.
- Candidates with familiarity with the UK warehousing and logistics sector are preferred.
- Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems including WMS and ERP.
- Strong team management and leadership capabilities.
Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with internal departments and customers.
Solid data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Conscientious work attitude, strong execution ability and resilience under pressure.
Mandarin speaking ability is preferred.
Pay: £3,900.00-£4,500.00 per month
