About Us
Sandwich in the Square is a busy, family-run café preparing fresh sandwiches, salads, breakfasts, cakes and lunches every day. We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in preparing quality food.
The Role
Responsibilities include:
Preparing sandwiches and lunch items
Food preparation
Portioning ingredients
Stock rotation (FIFO)
Washing up and cleaning
Keeping workstations organised
Following food hygiene procedures
Assisting with deliveries
Helping maintain kitchen cleanliness throughout the day

Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is beneficial but not essential.
